Kith Unveils Two Exclusive ASICS Collaborations, Set to Release on October 21st, 2024
Kith is set to close out 2024 with two exciting collaborative ASICS drops. Founder Ronnie Fieg has officially revealed both releases, which are expected to hit shelves before the end of the year.
According to Sneaker News, the first release is the ASICS GEL-Kayano 12.1, delivered in a striking crystal green colorway. First teased on Fieg’s Instagram in August, this version of the GEL-Kayano features a classic two-toned design. The white sports mesh base is overlaid with translucent jade green technical panels, with the bluish-green hue extending onto the upper half of the midsole and GEL cushioning units. White dominates the lower half of the midsole, paired with a black sole for a sleek finish.
The second drop is a fresh take on the GEL-Nimbus 10.1, another reissue from ASICS. This version stays neutral, with shades of grey across the midsole and upper, while khaki tan accents the ASICS logo. The upper also features the familiar white sports mesh, offering a balanced, understated design.
The Kith x ASICS GEL-Nimbus 10.1 and GEL-Kayano 12.1 will be released exclusively on October 21st, 2024, at Kith stores and online.
Nike to Re-Release Iconic Clogposite 'Green Goblin' on November 1st, 2024, for $140
On the other hand, Nike is set to revive a piece of sneaker history by re-releasing the Nike Clogposite in the “Green Goblin” colorway. Famously worn by Willem Dafoe as the Green Goblin in the 2002 Spider-Man movie, this basketball shoe-turned-slip-on mule has become a cult classic, and its return in 2024 has been highly anticipated.
The Nike Clogposite features a foam-molded upper drenched in the familiar green shade associated with the villain, while black accents the stretchy, form-fitting padding, interior lining, and outsole.
