Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have broken up six years ago and have moved on with new lovers. The two have dated more than two people since their split and they have obviously moved on already.
But then again, despite the fact that they had gotten over the heartbreak for they almost got married before they broke up, the status of their relationship today is not unsure. Fans want to know if they are in good terms since it is possible that there is still some bitterness left due to the circumstances as to why they called it quits in 2013.
The cause of their breakup
Stewart and Pattinson broke up because the former cheated on her boyfriend. What makes the situation worse is that the actress was cheating on her boyfriend with a married man. KStew starred in “Snowhite and the Huntsman” in 2012 and this was directed by Rupert Sanders, the man she had an affair with.
KStew and RPatz still tried to fix their relationship after the affair was revealed and continue to live together but that did not last long for they parted ways for good, six months after part 2 of “Breaking Dawn” was released. To put it simply, their separation left the two of them really heartbroken so it can be said that they are not in good terms.
How are the ex-couple now?
Six years after their split, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson appear to be on friendly terms now. They may not be one of Hollywood’s most-favorite couples today but they definitely made their fans very happy when it was revealed that they have finally met again and even chatted for a while.
The two unexpectedly met and had a mini-reunion when they saw each other at Lily-Rose Depp’s birthday party. E! News reported in June 2018 that pair spent some time talking and they seem to be friends again. Since then, they have been reported to be praising each other for their achievements.
KStew supports her ex-boyfriend
Just recently, Kristen Stewart showed her support to Robert Pattinson after he was confirmed to become the next “Batman.” The actress expressed happiness over his new major role and she even said that she wants to work with him again.
“Oh man, I feel like he’s the only guy that could play that part,” she told Variety. “I’m so happy for him. It’s crazy. I’m very, very happy about that.”
