LG CNS, the Information Technology service arm of LG Corporation, has joined forces with Adobe Inc. for digital marketing business. The South Korean firm will use the Adobe Experience Manager Asset, Adobe Commerce, and Adobe Experience Manager Sites to augment its digital channel line.
LG CNS and Adobe will work together to advance their respective consumers' digital experience by fusing their digital transformation capability with US-based Adobe’s innovative digital solutions. According to The Korea Times, the companies agreed to collaborate to provide personalized experiences to customers in the fields of logistics, finance, distribution, and manufacturing through digital channels such as social media, shopping platforms, and websites.
Through the partnership, they will be able to help their clients carry out automated marketing as well. The plan is to work side by side to build solutions developed especially for customers.
"LG CNS will cooperate with Adobe through three solutions of Adobe - Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Adobe Experience Manager Assets, and Adobe Commerce," the South Korean IT firm stated.
The company’s chief executive officer, Hyun Shin Gyoon, also said, "Based on Adobe's best solutions, the two companies will continue to seek better cooperation measures that can innovate customers' experience."
LG CNS also noted that it is the first South Korean firm to promote business using Adobe’s line of software. The Korea Economic Daily reported that the LG Group and Adobe Korea signed the strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) late last week with the main goal of innovating and making clients’ digital experiences better.
Meanwhile, Adobe will be providing its solutions to LG CNS as a software as a service (SaaS) which is a software licensing and delivery model wherein the software is licensed on a subscription basis and hosted centrally. All customers must have access to the cloud and pay subscription fees throughout the period when the solutions are in use.
