LUX Infusion has acquired Loveland-based Suite Health, giving the specialty care company its first Colorado location as it seeks to expand infusion services across the state.
Suite Health provides specialty infusion therapy. LUX said it plans to build on the provider’s local care approach with resources from across its business, including clinical, operational and technology support.
LUX’s location directory lists the Loveland center at 5285 McWhinney Blvd., Suite 110, Loveland, Colorado 80538. The page identifies SuiteHealth + Wellness as a LUX Infusion location.
The company said the deal is intended to give Suite Health’s patients and providers more care options. LUX Chief Executive Ted Kramm said the company aims to add resources while preserving Suite Health’s personalized approach to care.
LUX identifies itself as a portfolio company of Frazier Healthcare Partners. It did not disclose the purchase price or other financial terms, and has not named additional Colorado locations or a schedule for its planned expansion.
