FREMONT, Calif., May 12, 2017 -- Lam Research Corporation (Nasdaq:LRCX) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share of common stock. On an annualized basis, this will return approximately $295 million to stockholders based on shares outstanding as of March 26, 2017. The dividend payment will be made June 28, 2017 to holders of record on June 7, 2017. Future dividend payments are subject to review and approval by the Board of Directors.
