Lebanon’s state-run National News Agency (NNA) reported shelling and home fires in southern Lebanon and drone flights over Beirut Wednesday, in an account carried by Anadolu Agency, with no immediate casualties from the shelling.

NNA reported fires in homes in Haddatha beginning Wednesday morning. It gave no count of affected properties or estimate of damage.

Shelling reports covered Mansouri and Wadi Zibqin in Tyre district and Baraachit in Bint Jbeil district, the agency said. It reported no immediate casualties from the shelling.

NNA said a drone released stun grenades near people picking olives by Halta farm, outside Kfar Shuba. No injuries were reported.

The agency also reported low-flying drones over Beirut, its southern suburbs and Zahrani. It described heavy drone activity over Iqlim al-Kharrub in the Chouf district of Mount Lebanon.

The latest account follows earlier NNA reports of fires and property damage in the south, including a demolished home and houses set ablaze.
