Each year CEL & Associates, Inc. compiles customer satisfaction survey data from thousands of properties across the country. Since 1998, the A-List Awards For Customer Service Excellence have been awarded in recognition of achieving a “Best In The Industry” rating for providing the highest level and quality of service.

Lincoln Military Housing installations received 74 Platinum A-List Awards, receiving a satisfaction score of at least 92.7, and a response rate of at least 20%; and 31 A-List Awards, receiving a satisfaction score of at least 85 and a response rate of at least 20 percent.
