LOS ANGELES, Sept. 28, 2016 -- Continuing the expansion of its litigation department, Liner LLP announced that it has added two more attorneys to its team this week. Moving to Liner as a partner is Duncan McCreary. Jerome Jordan joins the firm as an associate. They follow recent hires Delilah Vinzon, Ashlee Lin and Ryan Austin who jumped to Liner earlier this week from Milbank.
McCreary joins the Business Litigation Group and will focus on real estate and complex commercial litigation. Jordan joins the Entertainment Litigation Group, working with partner Joseph R. Taylor and Tiffany Caterina in representing clients in the entertainment industry.
“Liner’s platform and culture were compelling, and their team of lawyers and client base are impressive. I am especially gratified to be working with Richard Schloss again," McCreary said. "He and I were previously colleagues at Robins Kaplan."

Duncan J. McCreary: Duncan J. McCreary is a Partner in Liner’s Westwood office. He represents publicly traded and private corporations as well as public entities, non-profits such as charitable entities and homeowners associations. Duncan obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara (B.A. in Classics with Honors) and his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law (J.D.). He was recently a partner at Freeman, Mathis & Gary.
Jerome Jordan: Jerome Jordan is an associate in Liner's Litigation Department. His practice focuses on entertainment litigation. Jerome's experience also spans a wide range of substantive areas including employment, contract and tort law. Jerome received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2012. He was formerly an associate at Steptoe & Johnson.
