LOS ANGELES, Sept. 28, 2016 -- Continuing the expansion of its litigation department, Liner LLP announced that it has added two more attorneys to its team this week. Moving to Liner as a partner is Duncan McCreary. Jerome Jordan joins the firm as an associate. They follow recent hires Delilah Vinzon, Ashlee Lin and Ryan Austin who jumped to Liner earlier this week from Milbank.
McCreary joins the Business Litigation Group and will focus on real estate and complex commercial litigation. Jordan joins the Entertainment Litigation Group, working with partner Joseph R. Taylor and Tiffany Caterina in representing clients in the entertainment industry.
“Liner’s platform and culture were compelling, and their team of lawyers and client base are impressive. I am especially gratified to be working with Richard Schloss again," McCreary said. "He and I were previously colleagues at Robins Kaplan."
"Complex and contentious disputes arise in every sector of our economy," said Stuart Liner. "We've developed a reputation in a number of niche litigation practice areas that has enabled us to build closer relationships with our clients. Because of our recent successes, clients are bringing us their most important cases. Our litigation group is growing and we are excited to add Duncan and Jerome to our ranks."
Duncan J. McCreary: Duncan J. McCreary is a Partner in Liner’s Westwood office. He represents publicly traded and private corporations as well as public entities, non-profits such as charitable entities and homeowners associations.
