LAS VEGAS, June 30, 2017 -- Lingerie Fighting Championships, Inc. (“LFC”) (OTC Pink:BOTY) returns Saturday July 8 for Lingerie Fighting Championships 23: Guilty Pleasures in Kansas City.
"I think this is going to be one of our most exciting events to date,” said Shaun Donnelly, LFC’s Chief Executive Officer. “Some of our best fighters are returning, such as Jolene Hexx (15-5-1), Holly Mei (16-4) and Shay Mazzato (15-4) and we’ve added some great new fighters such as former volunteer fire-fighter Rochelle Rodgers and Mexico’s top-ranked lingerie fighter Monica Garcia (13-2).”
Highlights include a rematch between Serina ‘Honey Punch’ Kyle and Maxine ‘The Boss’ Frost and a title bout between Garcia and Mazzato, who, despite losing to long time LFC champion Feather Hadden at LFC22, inflicted so much damage on the champ Hadden was forced to retire.
The event is being brought to Kansas City by TC Enterprise Solutions President Tony Cheeze who says he decided to book LFC after hearing about it from legendary boxing promoter Jim Hunter who used to promote Mike Tyson events with Don King. “I checked out LFC and it was one of the most unique, exciting events I’ve seen in a very long time. So I asked Jim to put me in touch and as soon as I spoke to Shaun I knew I wanted to be a part of this.”
Donnelly was excited to bring LFC’s unique brand of entertainment to Kansas City, noting, “Kansas City has been building a great reputation as a strong MMA market, hosting their first UFC event there last month.”
LFC23: Guilty Pleasures will take place at Soccer Nation KC Saturday July 8 at 8pm. Tickets will be available at the door.
