Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. reported $10.1 billion in revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, up 19%, as international markets supplied most of its increase in attendance.

The company drew 61 million fans to its events during the quarter, also a 19% increase from a year earlier. Attendance outside the United States grew 29% and accounted for 60% of the overall gain, Live Nation said in results filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Nov. 5.

Concerts contributed $8.7 billion in revenue, up 20%. Ticketing brought in $870 million, an increase of 9%, while sponsorship and advertising revenue rose 14% to $506 million. Live Nation’s quarterly filing said the Concerts business generated more than 90% of the company’s revenue growth, citing international attendance and activity at large venues.

The number of fee-bearing tickets rose 10% to 98 million, with international markets responsible for 75% of that increase. Gross transaction value for those tickets grew 13% to $11.2 billion.

Consolidated operating income increased 13% to $892 million. Adjusted operating income, a company-defined non-GAAP measure, climbed 14% to $1.18 billion.

By late October, Live Nation had sold about 170 million tickets for events scheduled in 2026. That was 13% more than at the comparable point last year and surpassed the total for all of 2025. The company expects attendance to approach 180 million this year and expects to have opened or acquired 10 large venues by year-end.

Live Nation reported $722 million in capital expenditures for the first nine months, net of outside funding. Its forecast of nearly $1.1 billion for the full year is a gross figure, with about $200 million expected to come from external sources. The plan includes $800 million for venue expansion and improvements.

Live Nation’s next scheduled investor presentation is Nov. 10 at 2 p.m. ET.
