Lodha Developers said it expects to exceed its FY27 profit guidance after unaudited first-half net profit rose 62.9%, with revenue and property pre-sales also higher.
The company’s consolidated net profit for the six months ended Sept. 30 was ₹2,386.6 crore, compared with ₹1,464.9 crore a year earlier. Revenue from operations rose to ₹9,464.1 crore from ₹7,290.2 crore, according to Lodha’s exchange filing.
In the September quarter, net profit increased 28.3% year over year to ₹1,013.5 crore. Revenue from operations reached ₹4,467.4 crore, up from ₹3,798.5 crore in the same quarter a year earlier.
Lodha’s July investor presentation put FY27 profit guidance at ₹4,100 crore, 20% above FY26 profit of ₹3,430 crore. Managing Director Abhishek Lodha said the company expected to “easily exceed” its profit guidance, citing its first-half performance.
Lodha reported quarterly property pre-sales, a measure of bookings, of ₹5,037 crore, up 10% from a year earlier. First-half pre-sales totaled ₹9,670 crore, about 40% of the company’s ₹24,000 crore full-year target.
The company is pursuing data centers as a source of recurring income. Its plans include 1 gigawatt of powered-shell data center capacity, largely funded through land sales. Lodha said the strategy was due to move into execution over the next six months. It targets annual annuity income of ₹3,000 crore by FY32, compared with about ₹300 crore in FY26.
Lodha’s board approved the unaudited results on Oct. 30. The filing said they were subject to a limited review and that the review conclusion was unmodified. Management is scheduled to discuss the results on Monday, Nov. 2, at 2:30 a.m. ET (07:30 UTC).
