BlackRock’s iShares Short Maturity Municipal Bond Active ETF (MEAR) will pay $0.114390 per share for November, 2.2% below October’s distribution, setting the amount due to shareholders on Nov. 5.

BlackRock declared the payment Oct. 30. Investors recorded as shareholders on Nov. 2 qualify for it, and that date is also the ex-dividend date. The November figure is $0.002608 less than October’s $0.116998.

The distribution breakdown assigns the full amount to income, with nothing allocated to capital gains or return of capital. MEAR holds short-term municipal bonds, aiming to generate tax-exempt income while keeping interest-rate sensitivity limited.

BlackRock’s distribution schedule also lists a Nov. 5 payment for its iShares MBS ETF (MBB), covered in EconoTimes’ earlier report on the fund’s November distribution.
