MGP Ingredients, Inc. plans to adopt the name Sempreon, Inc. on Nov. 2, 2026, when MGPI is expected to give way to CASK as the company brings three business lines under one corporate identity.
The planned identity includes Branded Spirits, Distilling Solutions and Ingredient Solutions. MGP’s 85-year history began with one distillery before the company expanded across those three lines.
The Loveland center is the company’s first Colorado site; LUX has not named other locations or a timetable for expanding services.
The units are Pulsar Pro models, and airport expansion plans include 48 additional chargers.
The proposed transfer is valued at $100 million by GEN and up to that amount by Chubby; it remains subject to final agreements and approvals.
