Dayton, Ohio, March 06, 2017 -- MacAulay-Brown, Inc. (MacB), a leading National Security company delivering advanced engineering services, cybersecurity and product solutions, announced today that the company was awarded a subcontract by IAP Worldwide Services, Inc. (IAP) supporting the Distributed Common Ground System–Army (DCGS-A). MacB is partnering with IAP on the two-year contract with a total ceiling value of $11 million. A majority of the work will be performed at Fort Belvoir in Virginia and at Fort Hood, Texas.
Headquartered at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland, DCGS-A enables timely, relevant and accurate targetable data to the warfighter, as well as access to information and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) management supporting battlefield visualization in the Army’s operating environment. The mission is to provide commanders and coalition forces in the field with the ability to synchronize and integrate intelligence information and other collected data from multiple sources.
MacB personnel will work with IAP on hardware systems engineering on various platforms, logistics support, system accreditation and certification, and networking and data processing. Additionally, the team will provide configuration management, training, facility management support for information systems and technology, and overall project management.
