MANISTIQUE, Mich., March 28, 2017 -- Mackinac Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:MFNC), the bank holding company for mBank (the “Bank”), announced the approval of a cash dividend by its Board of Directors on March 28, 2017. The Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $.12 per common share, payable April 18, 2017 to shareholders of record at April 10, 2017. The dividend is an increase of $.02 per share from the prior quarter’s dividend and represents a 20% increase in the annualized dividend from $.40 per share to $.48 per share.
