ManpowerGroup expects fourth-quarter diluted earnings per share (EPS) of $1.03 to $1.13 and revenue growth of 3% to 7% in constant currency, outlining its next-quarter outlook after year-over-year gains in third-quarter sales and per-share earnings.
Services revenue for the quarter through Sept. 30 was $4.84 billion, up 4.4% from $4.63 billion in the same 2025 period. Net earnings were $34.1 million, compared with $18 million a year earlier. Diluted EPS came to 71 cents, versus 38 cents.
ManpowerGroup said restructuring and strategic-transformation costs, an adjustment for a business sale, and noncash currency-translation losses associated with hyperinflation in Argentina lowered third-quarter diluted EPS by 30 cents. With those items excluded, EPS was $1.01, a 24% increase on a constant-currency basis. The fourth-quarter outlook includes an effective tax rate of 44%.
The company announced a leadership transition plan alongside its results. President and Chief Strategy Officer Becky Frankiewicz is due to become CEO on Jan. 1, 2027. CEO Jonas Prising will become Executive Chair on the same date.
Frankiewicz took her current roles in June 2025 after serving as ManpowerGroup’s North America regional president and chief commercial officer. She joined the company in July 2017 as North America president and previously led Quaker Foods North America at PepsiCo.
The board approved the succession on Oct. 13. ManpowerGroup said Frankiewicz is expected to stand for election at its 2027 annual shareholder meeting; her appointment would expand the board to 12 directors. Prising has led the company since 2014. His agreement runs through Dec. 31, 2027, when he is due to leave the chairmanship and board.
