Gardner has extensive experience in trusts and estates, probate, estate administration, business succession planning, business organizations, tax controversies, taxation and corporate law. Gardner also counsels small businesses regarding selection of entity structure and entity formation.
“With Robert’s strong background in tax, corporate law, estate planning, and trust litigation, we are even better positioned to provide effective counsel to individual and corporate clients,” said Christopher A. “I am excited to join McGlinchey Stafford and to continue growing my practice within such a client-focused firm,” said Gardner. “The firm’s national platform and emphasis on collaboration allow me to offer my clients increased levels of service in taxation, business law, and estates. This is a great opportunity for me to work with an exceptionally talented team in Birmingham.”
As a member of the National Association of Estate Planning Professionals and the local Estate Planning Council of Birmingham, Gardner is a frequent speaker on a variety of topics relating to trusts, estates, and taxation.
Gardner received his J.D. from Samford University Cumberland School of Law in 1992, and his B.A. from Auburn University in 1988.
