The rumors that Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton are feuding has taken on a new life as a video that is currently circulating on the web is fueling this narrative. In the said clip, the Duchess of Sussex is seen trying to make conversation with Prince William but was completely ignored in lieu of adjusting his scarf.
Although it doesn’t provide much information other than the prince being a bit distracted, some people are convinced that there’s an underlying tension beneath the brief exchange. And since Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are moving out of Kensington Palace, the assumption that there’s friction between the royals are heating up again.
However, others believe that the royal couple’s decision to move into the Windsor Palace stems from wanting to have a bigger space for their growing family. Meghan Markle is pregnant at the moment and is expected to deliver the child on the spring of 2019. It’s been a tough year for the royals all around but Markle and Prince Harry have experienced quite the turbulence.
The most prominent of this headache came from Meghan Markle’s own family, specifically from her father and half-sister. Samantha Markle recently took to Twitter to voice her outrage at the Duchess due to her not calling their father this Christmas.
"Shame on you for what you have done to our father. No PR machine can fix this. I retract the merry Christmas; you don't deserve it. How dare you walk into a church,” Samantha tweeted. Meghan Markle didn’t respond to her half-sister’s statements and it appears she’s not interested in doing so.
Meanwhile, the Frogmore Cottage over at Windsor Castle is being prepared for the eventual arrival of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. The couple is said to have chosen the location as it holds a lot of sentimental value for the pair. As for the alleged feud, it’s still unclear if there’s real tension between Meghan Markle, Kate Middleton, and Prince Harry. And even if there were, the palace would certainly intervene and put an end to it before it balloons into something more complicated.
