After Prince William and Kate Middleton’s wedding, the masses waited for the royal couple to procreate to see what their baby would look like. Seven years after being married, the two already have three children. Now, the public’s attention has turned to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, awaiting when the royal pair will have children of their own.
As can be expected, gossip media is churning out stories that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are already expecting a baby. OK! magazine, Celebrity Insider, and Hollywood Gossip (via Gossip Cop) each published articles claiming that Meghan is carrying the newest addition to the royal family.
Of course, given the reputation of these publications, the stories they’re churning out about Meghan Markle being pregnant are entirely unfounded. What’s more, they’re even copying each other’s angle as it’s clear they’re running out of ideas to write about.
But these rumors are the least of Meghan Markle’s concerns as the father of the Duchess of Sussex is reportedly causing a lot of headache for the royal family. According to Entertainment Tonight, a source told the publication that Thomas Markle's paid interviews with several outlets are causing a lot of frustration for Meghan.
"She [Meghan Markle] has gone through periods of difficulty with her father in the past, but she does love him," the source claims. "That’s what’s been so difficult about this."
Meghan Markle has cut off communication from her father after reports rolled out that the retired Hollywood lighting director staged a paparazzi photo ahead of his daughter’s royal wedding. Now, three months after the ceremony was concluded, the Duchess of Sussex has yet to contact her father.
As for the palace, the source of Entertainment Tonight said they’re considering a more aggressive approach in dealing with Thomas Markle and Meghan Markle’s half-sister, Samantha Grant. It’s still unclear what this strategy is but it seems that the royal family’s patience is wearing thin as Thomas Markle continues to air out unwanted details regarding the new royal.
Of course, all of these are mere speculations at this point since a spokesperson for the royal family has yet to speak about the matter. What’s clear, however, is that the rift between Meghan Markle and her father is expanding further.
