SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., April 06, 2017 -- Meritage Homes Corporation, a leading U.S. homebuilder, announced the appointment of Christopher Ryan to Florida Division President.
In this role, Mr. Ryan is responsible for growing the company's presence in the Tampa, Bradenton and Sarasota areas. He will oversee the division’s growth strategy and day-to-day operations, including land acquisition and development, home construction, customer service, sales and marketing.
Mr. Ryan brings more than 27 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, with a consistent track record of improving revenues, providing fiscal planning and leading operations teams in uniquely challenging markets.
Prior to joining Meritage Homes, Mr. Ryan worked with nationwide homebuilders including WCI, and prior to that Ryland Homes, KB Home and Pulte Homes. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he earned his degree in construction management.
