DALLAS, April 05, 2018 -- Symphony RetailAI, the leading global provider of Artificial Intelligence-enabled decision platforms, solutions and customer-centric insights that drive validated growth for retailers and CPG manufacturers, today announced Mike Bristol as Vice President Personalized Marketing. In this role, Bristol will be responsible for taking to market Symphony RetailAI’s personalized marketing solutions, which empower retailers to better target customers with relevant, timely and personalized offers.
Results from a soon-to-be-released Symphony RetailAI study reveal that 80% of U.S. retailers consider personalized, real-time marketing automation a driver of profitability. As VP Personalized Marketing, Bristol will focus on helping retailers and CPGs increase sales by engaging with shoppers more effectively. Symphony RetailAI does this by leveraging artificial intelligence to identify and deliver more compelling, targeted offers to shoppers through the optimal channel at the most influential moment.
“Personalized marketing is quickly becoming a ‘must have’ for retail success,” said Graeme Cooksley, CEO & President, Retail Solutions Division, Symphony RetailAI. “Under Mike’s direction, Symphony RetailAI will continue to lead the way in leveraging a 360-degree customer view to create compelling, real-time customer engagement strategies that stimulate growth and promote long-term loyalty.”
“Symphony RetailAI is known for solving the challenges retailers face when aggregating and leveraging omni-channel consumer data for marketing programs,” said Bristol. “The company’s AI-enabled solutions are making personalized marketing easier to achieve at a lower cost and present a massive opportunity for improving margins and profitability in an increasingly data-driven retail landscape.”
Prior to joining Symphony RetailAI, Bristol most recently led marketing, sales and product management as the Chief Revenue Officer for Endowance Solutions.
