LOS ANGELES, Jan. 10, 2017 -- Morris Polich & Purdy LLP, a California and Nevada law firm, is pleased to announce three new partners of the firm – Thomas W. Chaffee, Karen M. Firstenberg, and Wendi J. Frisch.
Tom is located in the San Francisco office and specializes in litigating real estate matters with an emphasis on homeowners associations and tenancy in common disputes and construction matters. On the transactional side, he assists clients with drafting construction agreements. Tom is a member of the Executive Counsel of Homeowners Legal Resource Panel and is a speaker for the Real Property Section of the San Francisco Bar Association.
Karen is located in the Los Angeles office and focuses her practice on products liability and life sciences with an emphasis in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. Karen was recognized as a California Super Lawyers Rising Star for five consecutive years.
Wendi is located in the Los Angeles office and focuses her practice on Life Sciences, Products Liability, Cyber, Privacy & Data Security, and Insurance Coverage. Wendi is a member of the Defense Research Institute and International Association of Privacy Professionals. Wendi is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional/U.S. (CIPP/US).
