Mustafa brings over 25 years of multi-industry and multi-function Human Resources (HR) experience to Cognosante. As Chief People Officer, Mustafa will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and retaining great talent; building and advancing organizational capabilities; fostering employee engagement; and structuring the organization to advance Cognosante’s aggressive growth plans.
