“My Hero Academia” chapter 249 was delayed as its writer Kohei Horikoshi took a short break from writing. It was said that during his time off, he also used the time to prepare for the manga’s new arc.
According to Comic Book, “My Hero Academia” which is also known as “Boku No Hero Academia,” is inching closer to the much-awaited final bout between the UA heroes and the villains. It was noted that the preparation for this big fight started as early as chapter 245, and now it is almost here.
Apparently, both sides are strong in terms of strength, manpower, and knowledge of using technology. They are also financially capable, so there is no doubt that the battle will be long and memorable.
But then again, there is a bit of issue with the heroes as Midoriya can only employ around 20% of his power plus Endeavor, and his three interns are not really united as one. Still, they can surely beat the league of villains with their willpower.

They are still awkward, so she is trying to create an atmosphere that will diffuse the tension, especially between Endeavor and his son Izuku, one of the interns. Fuyumi invited Endeavor and his students for dinner, and she is hoping that this will work to get them together and bond.
