“My Hero Academia” chapter 272 will continue to feature the fight between the pro-heroes and the members of the Paranormal Liberation Front. The upcoming manga installment might show how Gigantomachia fights multiple opponents to save Shigaraki.
Hawks’ condition
In the recently released “My Hero Academia” manga chapter, which can be read on Mangaplus, Tokoyami suddenly rushed somewhere else starling the other pro-heroes who were with him. “I spotted Hawks on the top floor,” he explained. “He’s probably in trouble.”
It turned out that his hunch was right. Tokoyami arrived just in time to prevent Hawks from being burned to a crisp by Dabi’s flames. But even with Tokoyami’s arrival, Hawks is already seriously injured and the feathers on his back were already burnt.
In the ensuing fight between Dabi and Tokoyami, Hawks even sustained additional damage as he was being dragged by Tokoyami to escape Dabi’s flames. Luckily, one of the villains activated an ice-based quirk which stopped Dabi’s attacks and gave Tokoyami the chance to escape.
But Hawks was already seriously injured to the point of losing consciousness and faces the very possibility of dying. “Boku no Hero Academia” chapter 272 is expected to reveal if he lives to fight another day or succumb to his injuries resulting in his untimely demise.
Gigantomachia saves Shigaraki
The upcoming “MHA” chapter 272 will likely feature Gigantomachia in action. In the recent “BNHA” manga chapter, Re-Destro and the other members of the Paranormal Liberation Front were surprised when the huge villain finally moved.
It looked like Gigantomachia sniffed the air and finally noticed something. “Master’s scent,” he muttered.
There are speculations saying that Gigantomachia was able to smell because the vat containing his body has been shattered by the Pro-heroes led by Endeavor. This will likely spur the huge villain into action and rush to Dr. Garaki’s laboratory in “My Hero Academia” chapter 272 to save Shigaraki.
A fight between Gigantomachia and the Pro-heroes currently in the lab will ensue in “BNHA” 272. With the villain’s legendary battle strength and stamina, it would be very difficult for pro-heroes to stop him if he is bent on saving Shigaraki.
Fans believe that Shigaraki won’t perish but will eventually be saved. After all, the plot seems to be building up the character as the biggest villain in this arc that it would be premature to kill him off this early.
“My Hero Academia” chapter 272 will be released on May 24.
