The fight against villains is far from over, but “My Hero Academia” chapter 283 includes several milestones for the heroes. During what appears to be a losing moment, Gran Torino surprises everyone and his appearance will lead to Deku breaking a new Quirk that Nana once used.
‘My Hero Academia’ chapter 283: Gran Torino is alive after all
Some fans might be thinking now that the battle with Shigaraki seems to be never-ending. It should also be noted that Shigaraki has been fighting on his own and some of the best heroes in the series still find it difficult to neutralize him. Shigaraki even managed to severely stab Gran Torino leading everyone to believe that the retired hero has died. But “My Hero Academia” chapter 283 offers a plot twist with a happy surprise.
Leaked summary of “My Hero Academia” chapter 283 indicates that Gran Torino will suddenly appear just when the heroes seem to be losing to Shigaraki. While Gran Torino evaded death, he did suffer a serious injury from Shigaraki’s attack earlier. The leaks indicate that Gran Torino appears toward the end of the chapter and will reminisce about the times he used to fly as a hero and to have Nana by his side up in the air.
This mini flashback will be followed with Deku having an epiphany and reportedly thinking to himself about using Nana’s Float Quirk in “My Hero Academia” chapter 283. The latter scenes of the chapter will have Deku promising that he will defeat Shigaraki “in the air.”
‘My Hero Academia’ chapter 283 reveals frightening information about Gigantomachia
The earlier panels of the “My Hero Academia” chapter 283 will provide updates on the students. They are overwhelmed upon seeing the ruins that Gigantomachia left while also fulfilling their duties in helping civilians evacuate.
Gigantomachia, who is fixated in being reunited with Shigaraki, will show no signs of stopping from ruining the city. He also carries members of the League with him and the Doctor comments that Gigantomachia has been wired to die for his master. The Doctor adds in “My Hero Academia” chapter 283 that there will always be havoc as long as Gigantomachia is not neutralized.
The sheer power of Gigantomachia and his dedication to Shigaraki is a recipe for total disaster. It also suggests that this battle might not see its end far beyond “My Hero Academia” chapter 283. The same sources of spoilers report that there will be a two-week break after chapter 283 is released on Sunday, Sept. 6.
