NDTV Profit reported Oct. 27 that Radico Khaitan’s EBITDA margin reached 20.5% in the September quarter, as Prestige & Above volumes outpaced broader Indian-made foreign liquor growth.
NDTV said consolidated net profit rose to ₹232 crore from ₹140 crore a year earlier, an increase of 65.7%. It put earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) at ₹358 crore, compared with ₹238 crore in the prior-year period. The outlet said the EBITDA margin rose from 15.9%.
Radico Khaitan’s Q2 FY26 presentation listed standalone EBITDA of ₹236.1 crore and a 15.8% margin. NDTV’s Q2 FY27 report did not identify the basis used for its EBITDA figures.
Revenue figures in NDTV’s account also yield a different growth rate from the stated percentage. The outlet reported ₹1,745 crore in revenue and ₹1,495 crore a year earlier, while giving a 10.4% growth rate; arithmetic using those amounts gives about 16.7%. Radico Khaitan’s Q2 FY26 presentation lists net revenue from operations at ₹1,493.9 crore, which implies about 16.8% growth against NDTV’s reported current-quarter figure.
NDTV reported that Prestige & Above volume increased 35.8%, versus 7.2% for total Indian-made foreign liquor volumes. The outlet also said the vodka portfolio’s volume rose 49%, while Prestige & Above revenue grew 38.6%.
NDTV put the Regular & Others revenue decline at 9.3%, linking it to the comparison against a higher year-earlier base and policy shifts in Maharashtra and Karnataka.
Managing Director Abhishek Khaitan raised FY27 volume growth guidance for Prestige & Above to 30% and maintained an EBITDA margin target of about 20%, according to NDTV. He told the outlet that the portfolio “grew 36% in Q2, well ahead of the industry.”
NDTV also reported that Radico Khaitan had more than 65 global travel retail outlets and aimed to increase that count to 100 over the coming years.
