NDTV Profit reported Varun Beverages’ Q3 CY2026 profit at ₹828 crore, but the prior-year figures it used differ from the company’s filings, leaving the reported growth rates without a confirmed like-for-like basis.
Varun’s Q3 CY2025 filing lists consolidated net profit after tax of ₹745.19 crore and revenue from operations of ₹5,047.74 crore. The company’s results release put EBITDA at ₹1,147.38 crore for that quarter.
In a live update published at 2:27 a.m. ET Friday (06:27 UTC), NDTV Profit reported revenue of ₹6,816 crore and EBITDA of ₹1,507 crore alongside the profit figure. It described year-over-year increases of 13.7% for profit, 33.3% for revenue and 32.2% for EBITDA, using prior-year figures of ₹728 crore, ₹5,112 crore and ₹1,140 crore, respectively. The update did not say whether its figures were standalone or consolidated.
At 2:35 a.m. ET (06:35 UTC), Varun’s corporate announcements page listed an Oct. 27 investor-call notice as its latest item and showed no Sept. 30 results release. The current-quarter figures therefore remain NDTV Profit’s report; the page did not provide a company release to confirm them at the time checked.
Varun’s Oct. 23 notice said directors would review unaudited results for the quarter and nine months ending Sept. 30, on standalone and consolidated bases, and consider a third interim dividend. Its financial year follows the calendar year, making the September period its third quarter. The company scheduled a discussion with investors and analysts for 4:30 a.m. ET Friday (08:30 UTC).
