The 198,000 square-foot LEED Platinum facility includes a rooftop butterfly garden, a “technology petting zoo,” children’s program area, teen center, underground parking facility, flexible event center, photovoltaic system, and a café.

The City’s Public Works and Library Departments as well as the entire project delivery team were great to work with and we are proud to have been a part of such a significant project for the Austin community.”
