Yong Kim is a vital key player in the region's sushi scene since the 2000 opening of Bluefin Restaurant in East Norriton. Much like its predecessors, Bluefin Eagleview will serve traditional Japanese cuisine with innovative and contemporary twists set amid an ambience that is carefully crafted to create an unforgettable dining experience.
