The Company would like to thank Mr. David Cupp for his years of service to the Company first as an officer and director and later as a director. Mr. Cupp has fulfilled his obligation to serve until a target investment has been completed. With the announcement of the Closing of the acquisition of North America Frac Sand (CA) Ltd., Mr. Cupp has fulfilled his obligation to the Company.
