("Oceaneering" or the "Company") (NYSE:OII) today announced it will report financial results for the first quarter 2016 on Monday, April 25, 2016, after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange. The Company’s earnings release will be available on the Oceaneering website at www.oceaneering.com.
Oceaneering also has scheduled a conference call and webcast related to its first quarter 2016 results for Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time. Interested parties may listen to the call through a webcast link posted in the Investor Relations section of the Company’s website.
