Omnicom Group Inc. recorded 7.2% organic growth in core revenue and an 18.2% core adjusted EBITA margin in the third quarter, with cost-reduction synergies helping lift core adjusted EBITA, the company said.
Core revenue increased 7.3% to $6.01 billion from $5.60 billion a year earlier. Omnicom’s core measure excludes businesses sold or classified as held for sale. The year-earlier comparison combines Omnicom and The Interpublic Group of Companies Inc. (IPG), which Omnicom acquired in November 2025.
Reported revenue was $6.42 billion, up from $4.04 billion in the third quarter of 2025. Omnicom cited the IPG acquisition and constant-currency revenue growth as primary drivers of the increase. The acquisition closed Nov. 26, 2025.
Core adjusted EBITA rose 21.1% to $1.10 billion. Its margin expanded to 18.2% from 16.2%. The company said cost-reduction synergies and organic revenue growth were the main contributors to the increase.
Net income attributable to Omnicom totaled $656 million, and diluted earnings per share were $2.38. On an adjusted, non-GAAP basis, diluted earnings per share climbed 21.9% to $2.73 from $2.24.
Chairman and Chief Executive John Wren said Omnicom expects to achieve its $900 million cost-synergy target for 2026. He said the company was close to finishing its integration of IPG.
Omnicom published the earnings release and furnished it as Exhibit 99.1 with a Form 8-K filed Oct. 22. The SEC index lists disclosures on results and financial condition, Regulation FD and financial statements and exhibits; it also lists an investor presentation as an exhibit.
