Binance's latest one-hour snapshot put net Tether USDt (USDT) transfers out of the exchange at 31.4592 million USDT, below two recent readings but insufficient to show a sustained decline.

The reading was below the Oct. 20 one-hour snapshot, which showed a 59.6402 million USDT net outflow, and an Oct. 18 reading of 32.7362 million USDT.

The Oct. 16 hourly snapshot recorded an excess of 46.7223 million USDT leaving Binance. These figures describe distinct hourly windows and do not show how Binance's USDT transfers moved between them.

For the measured hour, outbound USDT transfers exceeded inbound transfers. The latest figure describes that window; it does not establish the exchange's net flow over a longer period.
