“One Piece” Chapter 921 will be taking another break this week, which means that fans of the manga series will not be able to read what happens next until next week. In that chapter, many speculations and leaks have already made it onto the web. However, it would appear that an invasion of Orochi castle and the fight with Kaido will be happening sooner than expected.
Fans of both the anime and the manga will likely be familiar with how “One Piece” tends to drag things out in every arc before getting to the main boss fight. However, in “One Piece” Chapter 921, events might just pick up in pace. As My Anime List 45 notes, it would appear that Luffy might be squaring off with Kaido much sooner than anybody really expected.
This is not to say that such an eventuality is even in the cards. After all, Luffy and the Straw Hats did move on from the Big Mama arc without actually fighting Big Mama herself. Then again, the Wano Arc is supposed to be about freeing the country from Kaido’s grasp. As such, the events in “One Piece” Chapter 921 might serve as the catalyst for an epic tussle with the big man himself.
“One Piece” Chapter 921 could be where the scattered retainers of Oda will reunite and Kinemon is able to gather 5,000 soldiers who are still loyal to their old lord. It could even feature the entrance of Marco the Phoenix and what remains of the former White Beard Pirates, Inquistr notes. This might just give Luffy and his gang a fighting chance against Kaido and his ilk.
Whatever the case may be, fans will have to wait until Oct. 22 for the release of “One Piece” Chapter 921. It’s starting to look like it will be an exciting series of events with future chapters.
