“Overlord The Movie: The Holy Kingdom” is underway and avid followers of the anime series could not wait to watch it. For starters, “Overlord” is an isekai anime that has captivated its audience with visually gorgeous animation and a gripping tale that accurately represents the essence of a fantasy anime.

‘Overlord The Movie: The Holy Kingdom’ Cast
Satoshi Hino is best known for his role as Ainz Ooal Gown / Momonga in the "Overlord" anime series, which will most likely be continued in the future "Overlord The Movie: Holy Kingdom" film and the possible "Overlord" Season 5. However, no casting has been formally announced, per The Economic Times. Studio Madhouse will be in charge of the animation for the forthcoming film, as it has been for all prior “Overlord “films and seasons.

“Overlord The Movie: Holy Kingdom” will cover The Paladin of the Sacred Kingdom arc, which is featured in the light novel series' 12th and 13th volumes, so the plot of the film will be canon. Yen Press licensed the light novel series for English releases, and provided the following description for Volume 12:
“The Sacred Kingdom has enjoyed a great many years without war thanks to a colossal wall constructed after a historic tragedy. They understand best how fragile peace can be. When the terrible demon Jaldabaoth takes to the field at the head of a united army of monstrous tribes, the Sacred Kingdom’s leaders know their defenses are not enough. With the very existence of the country at stake, the pious have no choice but to seek help wherever they can get it, even if it means breaking a taboo and parlaying with the undead king of the Nation of Darkness!”
