NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., - , Nov. 14, 2017 -- Pacific Health Care Organization, Inc., (the “Company”) (OTCQB: PFHO) today filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) its quarterly report on Form 10-Q announcing its financial results for the periods ended September 30, 2017.
Results
The Company reported net income of $243,929, or $0.30 per basic and fully diluted common share for the third quarter ended September 30, 2017, compared to net income of $177,333, or $0.22 per basic and fully diluted common share, for the second quarter ended September 30, 2016. For the first nine months of 2017, the Company reported net income of $706,666 or $0.88 per basic and fully diluted common share, compared to net income of $349,441 or $0.44 per basic and fully diluted common share for the first nine months of 2016.
Total revenues for the second quarter 2017 were $1,600,907 compared to $1,443,596 for the same period in 2016, an increase of $157,311 or 11 percent. For the first nine months of 2017 the Company recorded total revenue of $4,817,800 compared to total revenues of $4,002,466 for the same period in 2016, an increase of $815,334 or 20 percent.
Net cash provided by operating activities decreased to $621,241 during the nine months ended September 30, 2017, from $1,049,690 for the same period in 2016, a decrease of $428,449 or 41 percent. Cash balances at September 30, 2017, and December 31, 2016, were $5,613,412 and $5,005,617, respectively.
