HOUSTON, Jan. 25, 2017 -- PennTex Midstream Partners, LP (NASDAQ:PTXP) (the “Partnership”) announced today a quarterly cash distribution for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2016 of $0.295 per unit, or $1.18 per unit on an annualized basis. This cash distribution is the same amount as the Partnership’s cash distribution for the third quarter of 2016 and will be paid on February 14, 2017 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on February 7, 2017.
