SAN FRANCISCO, April 26, 2018 -- Performance Horizon, the leading provider of partner management software for global brands, today announced the launch of its “book now” rich data integration for remote transaction platforms on travel search sites. This new data integration enables marketers to collect, interpret and act upon the same breadth and depth of data for purchases made in “book now” transaction units as from purchases made on their own sites and apps.
Many brands offer the ability to purchase their products in “book now” units that are directly integrated into travel search sites. “Book now” buying drives higher conversion rates than when customers must click to visit a brand’s website to make their purchases. But until now, the data available from these purchases was limited and delayed.
This new integration gives travel marketers all the real-time class of service, route- and cabin-level reporting data they'd expect to get through a normal e-commerce transaction made via their brand website or app. This information provides valuable insights into customer needs and preferences, enriching brand understanding of both their users and the profitability of transactions made through these major business partnerships.
“The natural strength of partnerships between travel search engines and travel brands has always been clear,” said Sean Sewell, Vice President for EMEA Revenue at Performance Horizon. “Our ‘Book Now’ rich data offering helps drive better optimization and prove the full business value of partner channel programs.”
The offering is now available on several leading travel search engines. To tap into the facilitated purchase offering, travel brands have multiple simple integration options.
