MIAMI, March 30, 2016 -- Perry Ellis International (Nasdaq:PERY) ("PEI") confirmed today that it has entered into license agreements with Multimoda Import Inc. & Comercio Excelente Norte Sur De DV (“Multimoda Import”) for men’s and boy’s dress shirts, knit tops, woven tops, pants, sport jackets, shorts, jeans, swim trunks, vests and outerwear sold as a collection to sportswear departments under the Perry Ellis® trademark in select countries of Central and South Americas, the Caribbean and Mexico. The new Perry Ellis collection, which Multimoda launched in December 2015, is marketed in better department stores, as well as upscale specialty stores.
The Perry Ellis brand offers a full lifestyle sportswear collection that stands for innate personal style, not following fads; having it together without trying too hard.
