Pidilite Industries Limited reported consolidated profit after tax of ₹626.46 crore for the three months to Sept. 30, 2026, compared with ₹584.60 crore in the same quarter a year earlier, while its quarterly EBITDA margin narrowed amid cost pressure.

The results filing records revenue from operations at ₹4,297.59 crore, against ₹3,554.44 crore a year earlier. A separate company release puts consolidated net sales at ₹4,285 crore, a 21.1% year-over-year increase. The filing and release use different labels and report different amounts; they do not explain the ₹12.59 crore gap. In the filing, ₹626.46 crore is total consolidated profit after tax, while the amount attributable to Pidilite shareholders was ₹614.53 crore.

EBITDA increased 3.1% to ₹878 crore, according to the release. Consolidated EBITDA margin was 20.5%, down from 24% in the second quarter of FY26. EBITDA growth therefore lagged the net-sales increase as the margin contracted. Pidilite cited input-cost headwinds and described the level of material inflation as “very high.”

In standalone results, Consumer & Bazaar revenue reached ₹3,198 crore, up 20.7%, with underlying volume growth of 11.1%. The Business to Business segment generated ₹820 crore, a 21.8% rise, and underlying volume growth of 9.2%. Pidilite describes Consumer & Bazaar as serving retail customers and Business to Business as serving mainly large business users.

Managing Director Sudhanshu Vats said management was confident the first-half performance could be maintained through the remaining six months of FY27. Pidilite makes adhesives, sealants and construction chemicals.

The unaudited results received a limited review from B S R & Co. LLP. The auditors said the review involved substantially less work than a full audit and did not include an audit opinion. Pidilite scheduled its Q2 FY27 earnings call for Oct. 29, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. India time (10 a.m. UTC).
