Polymarket has shifted its planned Protocol V2 transition to Nov. 9, placing the prediction-market platform’s rollout after U.S. midterm election week as developers prepare a final schedule.
An earlier provisional plan had newly created markets moving to V2 on Nov. 2. The revised target shifts that proposed transition by a week. Developers expect the final schedule to specify when the rollout begins and how markets will be migrated.
V2 canary tests on live markets started Oct. 5 and were due to wrap Oct. 30. The planned transition now follows that testing period and falls after the U.S. midterm election week.
For now, no action is required from users. Developers plan to publish the final rollout schedule in the coming days.
