“Power” season 6 has been the talk among fans because it will be the series’ final run. The story is James St. Patrick a.k.a. Ghost (Omari Hardwick) is ending, and fans want to know if he got what he wanted in the end. The Starz’ action-drama show is a big hit, and everyone couldn’t wait for the sixth installment to arrive.
It was already revealed that “Power” season 6 will about betrayals and Ghost would be forced to face this predicament that his own friends are going after him. The worst-case scenario is that they are out to eliminate him, and he will try to fight back then someone will die.
Will Ghost die?
The video trailer of “Power” season 6 showed chaos as Ghost, and his former allies appeared to be enemies now. It was not clearly shown if Ghost will actually die, but the events suggest that his now-former friends want him dead.
While the “Power” season 6 clip did not reveal who the lead character’s killer will be, it all points to Tommy Egan (Joseph Sikora), Ghost’s closest ally. This setup fits the title for the final season, which was revealed to be the “Final Betrayal.”
Storyline
The first episode of “Power” season 6 is called “Murderers” and as per the press release, “It picks up with James ‘Ghost’ St. Patrick seeking vengeance and his former drug partner and brother in arms must pay for the ultimate betrayal,” “the synopsis of the drama reads. “Rocked to his core by the perfidiousness and cruelties of those he once called his family, Ghost devotes himself to one notion: Success is the best revenge, with all intentions of getting both.”
Release date
“Power” season 6 will be launched in New York on Aug. 20. It will be held at the Madison Square Garden, and the cast members and some performers will be on the stage. The drama will formally air on Starz on Aug. 25 at 8 p.m. and will offer a total of 15 episodes. It was said that the airing would be divided into two parts with the first 7 episodes running until November and the rest will resume in early 2020.
