JERSEY, Channel Islands, Feb. 03, 2016 -- Quotient Limited (NASDAQ:QTNT), a commercial-stage diagnostics company, today announced that it intends to commence an underwritten public offering of $40 million of its ordinary shares. Quotient has also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $6 million of its ordinary shares.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is acting as underwriter for the offering.
