After a successful career as a staffing manager, Mark founded Stark Technical Group (now Stark Talent) and built it into one of the largest regional staffing firms in North Texas, selling to a multinational company in 2009. Mark has since led search companies specializing in accounting & finance, technology, and business management. Mark has joined RealManage to lead its recruiting efforts to find the top talent in the industry.

Mark is a Dallas, Texas native and a 1990 graduate of Texas Christian University. As a recruiting industry leader, Mark frequently speaks at networking events and local charities.
