Saddle up and stock up on ammo, because the much-awaited sequel to Rockstar's iconic western adventure, Red Dead Redemption 2 is on its way.
Saying that the gaming community has highly-anticipated this installment would be a huge understatement because it took Rockstar Studios five years since GTA 5 to release another fresh game. So it would be is safe to assume an incredible amount of hype is building before launch in October.
Rockstar ended up establishing a franchise dynasty with their GTA games, especially with GTA 5 which raked in more than $6 billion worldwide to become the best-selling entertainment product in history. The pressure is intense as the trust from fans is still high when it comes to Rockstar franchises. Many gamers are expecting Red Dead Redemption 2 to be one of the best games of the year when released.
A sprawling, living open-world will be yours to explore, with engaging, well-written narrative story missions, a significant amount of side-activities and distractions and jaw-dropping graphics. The type of quality that Rockstar is known for. There are even rumors suggesting that certain choices you make in the game will affect the story outcome. Simply put, there is an insane possibility that the game will let you choose your destiny.
Recent reports claim a first-person mode, made popular in GTA 5, will be available, as well as the fan-favorite Eagle-Eye function for racking up multiple kills in true gunslinger-style.
Thankfully, the wait will not be that long, with Red Dead Redemption 2 releasing on October 26.
The game will be made available on both PS4 and Xbox One on October 26 for £49.99, but there is no scheduled release for PC yet.
As if things couldn't get any better. A Special Edition of the game will also be made available and will include exclusive content, including extra story missions, gameplay bonuses, and a special edition printed map.
