Roche's Pharmaceuticals Division beat the consensus forecast by CHF 350 million in the third quarter, while group sales also topped expectations as the Swiss drugmaker kept its 2026 outlook unchanged.

Pharmaceuticals Division sales reached CHF 12.583 billion, compared with a consensus forecast of CHF 12.233 billion. Group sales totaled CHF 16.13 billion against a forecast of CHF 15.752 billion, a difference of CHF 378 million.

Measured in Swiss francs, group sales increased 8% from a year earlier. The increase was 7% at constant exchange rates, which excludes currency movements. The comparison adds an estimate beat to EconoTimes' earlier report on Roche's third-quarter sales growth.

Roche kept its 2026 targets for mid-single-digit sales growth and high-single-digit growth in core earnings per share, both at constant exchange rates. The company also said it expects to raise its dividend in Swiss francs.
