A decree dated Oct. 15 by Russian President Vladimir Putin assigns selected holdings tied to French flooring maker Tarkett and German packaging producer Menshen to temporary management, naming Center Capital as manager.

Presidential Decree No. 738 revises a list established under a separate decree dated April 25, 2023. It states that its provisions take effect upon official publication.

For Menshen Packaging CIS, the decree lists a 99.71% stake held by Menshen Beteiligungs-GmbH and a 0.29% stake held by Georg Menshen GmbH & Co. KG.

The Tarkett-related holdings include two blocks in the Russian company, each comprising 187,500 ordinary shares and 500,000 preferred shares. One block is held by a Serbian Tarkett entity and the other by Tarkett itself. The decree also covers 100 ordinary shares in Tarkett Rus and the 100% stake in Tarkett Sommer held by the Russian Tarkett company.

The decree’s list also includes shares in Kappa Rus and stakes in Ontex RU and Eviosys Packaging Kuban.
