With 60 restaurants and 16 different brands across the nation, Fox is considered one of the most intuitive minds in the restaurant industry. Far ahead of its time, Fox’s original fast-casual brand, Sauce Pizza & Wine, received the Hot Concept Award 12 years ago in 2005. Then, in 2011, Fox was the visionary behind Hot Concept Award winner True Food Kitchen and credited as the man who popularized health and wellness dining. This revolutionary restaurant, which Fox developed with natural living pioneer Dr. Andrew Weil, changed how people dine today – proving that healthy dining and delicious food are not mutually exclusive concepts. The Flower Child menu is a healthy and balanced dining experience with a selection of organic, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan items for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Much of the menu is mix-and-match style, allowing guests to select their favorite combination of seasonal vegetables, fruits, and grains from items such as Spicy Japanese Eggplant and Indian Spiced Cauliflower as well as optional proteins like Grass-Fed Steak and Organic Non-GMO Tofu. Guests will also find a variety of salads like the Organic Kale; bowls like the Mother Earth; and fresh, seasonal beverages, including a daily juice and kombucha on tap.
Each of the seven Flower Child locations is a tribute to the community it serves with regional ingredients highlighting the menu and local beer and wine. The eighth Flower Child is scheduled to open this winter in downtown Austin, Texas. Other locations include Los Angeles, Phoenix, San Diego, Dallas, Scottsdale and an existing Austin site. Future Flower Child sites are planned for Las Vegas, Atlanta, Houston, Florida, Phoenix and Virginia.
