The excitement surrounding the arrival of the Samsung Galaxy S8 is leading to new, juicy leaks about the upcoming device.
For one, a YouTube video showed the highly-anticipated Samsung Galaxy S8 will include cool new features, including the South Korean giant’s S Pen stylus. The video, which was posted by MobileFun, showed the gadget coming with an S Pen, which is typically included in the Note Series, Express UK reported. It would be safe to say that Samsung intends to recoup some of their losses in the Note Series following the exploding battery safety issue.
The pen featured in the video includes a smaller nib and better sensitivity even on a wet display. This is great news for fans who wish to write or doodle with precision instead of using their finger.
Moreover. The Guardian wrote a hefty report about the Galaxy S8 expected features, and suggests that the device will come in the 5-inch to 6-inch display variants dubbed “Dream 1” and “Dream 2.” The units are said to be equipped with the new “infinity” display with curved sides and very little bezel that there’s nowhere to place the typical Samsung logo in front. Also, the Galaxy S8 variants’ fingerprint scanner will be moved to the rear side to give way to the front-facing biometric iris sensor.
Other features purportedly available are an S7-like “duo-pixel” camera with boosted image-capture capabilities, an upgraded, fast Snapdragon 835 processor, the company’s long-rumored voice-enabled “virtual assistant named “Bixby,” and Google assistant.
